Michel van Hove is recognised across industry and advisory circles as a leading authority on strategy and innovation for businesses operating in the United Kingdom and internationally. As Chief Executive Officer of Strategos, a global strategy and innovation firm co-founded with Gary Hamel, Michel van Hove advises senior executive teams on future-back strategy development, innovation portfolio management, capability design, and how artificial intelligence is reshaping competitive advantage, with sector experience spanning consumer goods, food and beverages, automotive, manufacturing, healthcare and technology. Michel van Hove trained originally as an engineer at Delft University of Technology, where he completed an Ir. in electrical, electronics and communications engineering, a technical foundation that informs his analytical approach to complex organisational challenges. Prior to assuming leadership of Strategos, Michel van Hove held senior positions at Unilever, Quest International and Innovaro, progressing from partner and European lead to Chief Executive Officer. Notable engagements include developing FIFCO’s renewed growth strategy and collaborating with ZF Commercial Vehicles to redesign innovation portfolio management and governance.
