Ross Epstein is a seasoned corporate partner at Intelink Law Group in California, widely recognised for his distinctive integration of intellectual property expertise with practical corporate counsel, particularly for lower middle market technology and life sciences companies. Holding an A.B. from Princeton University and a J.D., cum laude, from Boston University School of Law, Ross Epstein was admitted to the California State Bar in December 1987 and has maintained an active licence throughout decades of practice. His corporate work encompasses formation and structuring, angel and investor financings, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, employee incentive plans, and cross-border transactions, and he frequently serves clients in an outsourced general counsel capacity. Prior to Intelink Law Group, Ross Epstein was a partner at both intellectual property boutique and large full-service law firms, and for nine years he operated as a technology entrepreneur in Prague and Warsaw, founding and leading a telecommunications and internet business. That entrepreneurial background, combined with board membership of the Licensing Executive Society USA/Canada and chairmanship of its San Diego Chapter, informs a practice that brings genuine commercial and operational insight to every matter.
