Kim Lehal is a Partner and Head of International Children at RWK Goodman in the United Kingdom, where she leads a specialist team recognised for its authority in cross-border child disputes. Kim Lehal holds accredited specialist status on the Law Society Family Law Advanced panel for International Child Abduction and Children Law, and is a founding member of the Child Abduction Lawyers Association. Her practice covers the full spectrum of international children law, including Hague and non-Hague abduction applications, recognition and enforcement of foreign orders, relocation disputes, surrogacy, parental order proceedings and international adoption. Kim Lehal advises parents, guardians, UK public authorities, specialist NGOs and legal professionals requiring expert second-opinion advice in urgent proceedings. She has acted on reported High Court matters, including DE (A Child: Inward Return Order From India), Re EWHC 1099 (Fam). Kim Lehal was shortlisted as International Family Lawyer of the Year and named Civil Lawyer of the Year at the Asian Legal Awards, with her standing further reflected in peer and client feedback published in established legal directories.
