Benjamin Kreiner is a Partner and practising Rechtsanwalt at MainLegalTax, widely recognised in Germany as a leading authority in international employment law, with a practice that operates at the intersection of labour law, corporate risk and compliance. Benjamin Kreiner holds the specialist designation of Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht, formally conferred by the Rechtsanwaltskammer in recognition of advanced theoretical and practical expertise in employment law, and complements this with an MBA focused on Governance, Risk, Compliance and Fraud Management. His practice encompasses cross-border terminations, severance and settlement negotiations, board-level employment contracts, expatriate and secondment arrangements, works council negotiations, and litigation before German labour courts, serving both national and international employers as well as senior executives navigating cross-jurisdictional matters. Benjamin Kreiner studied law at Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main, was admitted to the bar as a Rechtsanwalt in 2016, and prior to his current partnership gained experience across individual and collective employment law in international commercial law firms in Frankfurt and Berlin.
