John Kleopas is recognised across Greece as a leading authority on international tax matters, combining more than four decades of experience in international accountancy and taxation with a technically rigorous, business-focused advisory approach. As founder of Kleopas Global Business Services SA, John Kleopas has built a practice serving family offices, multinational groups, high-net-worth individuals, owner-managed businesses and clients across sectors including hospitality, property, shipping, energy and pharmaceuticals. His work spans the full spectrum of cross-border tax advisory, encompassing double taxation agreement analysis, transfer pricing coordination, holding company structuring, expatriate and non-domicile services, VAT, and international succession planning. John Kleopas graduated from the Piraeus University of Economics and completed postgraduate studies before developing affiliated operations across Greece and the wider region, including payroll and Romanian practice interests. He has served as Worldwide Chair of an international alliance of independent professional firms and regularly coordinates multi-jurisdictional teams operating across more than one hundred jurisdictions, with fluency in English and Italian further supporting his engagement with international advisers and foreign authorities.
