Guy Elms handles substantial commercial matters, commercial and residential conveyancing, real estate development, private client matters, company formations and restructuring, joint ventures, registration of offshore companies and registration of trademarks. He is also a a member of the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries, a Commissioner for Oaths, and a Notary Public. Guy Elms qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 1991, which indicates a legal education consistent with the requirements to practice as a solicitor in England before relocating to Kenya. He is also admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
