D&N International, founded in 1992, is one of the longest established and leading local private law firms in Vietnam providing IP-focused legal services. Over the past three decades, the firm has been regularly ranked among the leading and most highly recommended trademark and patent practices in Vietnam. Similarly, the firm’s partners are consistently ranked by reputable IP publishers and magazines as the leading experts in the IP field.

Beginning with only two IP lawyers, D&N International has developed into a boutique private law firm of 40 members providing one-stop-shop IP services to satisfy all clients’ needs, including searching, filing, and prosecution of intellectual property rights such as patents, industrial designs, trademarks, copyrights, domain names, geographical indications, and plant varieties. The firm also provides opposition and appeals services, expert opinions, dispute resolution, due diligence analyses, licensing/assignment, and other IP-related matters.

Given more than 80% of their clients are foreign-based corporations, in 2005 they launched their liaison office in France facilitating their international clients on their businesses in Vietnam. The firm's name changed to D&N International at this time.
