“IMI Qualified Mediator” certified and registered with the International Mediation Institute in the Hague, and has administered and acted as a negotiator and mediator on multiple commercial and corporate conflicts, including franchising and  M&A conflicts on international and local levels.

Advised boards on a range of legal and strategic issues as well as assessing risks and long term impact of transactions.

Advised major international and multinational corporations in the UAE, GCC, Europe, United States and abroad (including leading private and public joint stock companies) in negotiating and drafting  commercial agreement and on M&A cross-border transaction.

Has extensive experience in corporate and M&A law advisory and shareholders’ disputes, legal due diligence, regulatory and compliance advisory, corporate governance, intellectual property,  data privacy, fintech, blockchain and ICO regulatory advisory, negotiation and mediation skills.
