Diana Claxton-Whittaker is recognised as a leading trust and corporate services lawyer in Saint Kitts and Nevis and serves as the principal and founding attorney of Claxton Whittaker & Associates. Her practice encompasses the full lifecycle of corporate and fiduciary matters, including company formation, trust and fiduciary registration, nominee and trustee appointments, foundation structures, and Citizenship-by-Investment advisory, with clients ranging from high-net-worth individuals and private clients to intermediaries, licensed fiduciary providers, and commercial operators. Diana Claxton-Whittaker holds a law degree from the University of the West Indies and a legal education certificate from the Norman Manley Law School, and she entered practice in Nevis shortly after completing her legal training. She began her career as a legal adviser at one of Nevis’s longest-established trust and corporate services providers in October 2014, progressing through senior executive roles before establishing her own independent firm.
