Michael Møller Nielsen is recognised as one of the leading employment lawyers in Denmark, consistently cited in international legal directories for his expertise in employer representation. He serves as a partner and head of the employment law practice at Lund Elmer Sandager LLP, advising listed and private companies, private equity investors, group HR functions and senior executives on the full spectrum of employment law matters. His practice encompasses complex dismissal disputes, executive and director agreements, remuneration advice, high-profile collective bargaining, transfer of undertakings, non-competition and confidentiality matters, and the employment aspects of corporate transactions and restructurings. Michael holds a master’s in law from the University of Copenhagen, awarded in 2005, and was called to the Danish Bar in 2009, subsequently attaining the right of audience before the Supreme Court.
