Christian Victory is a leading corporate and commercial lawyer in the Cayman Islands, serving as Partner and Head of Corporate & Commercial at HSM, where he leads the firm’s corporate team. Recognised in independent legal directories including The Legal 500 and IFLR1000, Christian Victory advises on complex cross-border transactions, fund structures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, entity formation, and regulatory compliance, including economic substance obligations, beneficial ownership reporting, and anti-money laundering regimes. His client base encompasses financial institutions, fund managers, fintech and technology ventures, and international corporate groups. Christian Victory holds a law degree from University College Dublin and completed his training at the Law Society of Ireland, including a Diploma in Applied Finance Law, and is admitted to practise in the Cayman Islands, the British Virgin Islands, England and Wales, and Ireland. His career spans more than two decades, beginning with eight years at William Fry Solicitors in Dublin focusing on asset management and investment funds, followed by practice in the British Virgin Islands before relocating to the Cayman Islands in 2010.
