Peter Pang has over 40 years of experience as a practicing attorney in both China and North America, with more than 25 years spent practicing in the People’s Republic of China. He is the founder, Chairman, and Managing Partner of IPO Pang Shenjun Law Firm, which has offices in Shanghai, China, and Washington DC. His career includes significant roles such as in-house corporate and intellectual property counsel at Shell Oil Company, M&A attorney for Hershey Foods, Vice President and General Counsel for Dole Packaged Food Corporation.
