In today’s Q&A we have Nicqui Galaktiou, our Litigation expert in South Africa.
Nicqui Galaktiou is the Founder and Director of Nicqui Galaktiou Inc., a boutique law firm based in Johannesburg. She was admitted as an attorney in 1999 with the right of appearance in the High Court. Nicqui started her legal career in 1997 and completed her articles at a medium-sized law firm, where she became the youngest female director in the firm’s history. Over an 18-year tenure at that firm, she served as Chief Operating Officer and headed the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department and Media Law Department.
