Muhammad Al-Bedeawi is the Founder and Managing Partner of Al-Bedeawi & Partners LLP, with more than 22 years of legal experience advising Egyptian and international clients on corporate, commercial and investment matters. He began his legal practice in 2004 and established his own law office in Cairo in 2008. As the practice expanded, partners joined the firm in 2012, developing it into what is now Al-Bedeawi & Partners LLP. Mr. Al-Bedeawi’s practice focuses primarily on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, cross-border transactions, international commercial contracts and corporate restructuring. He regularly advises foreign companies and investors on establishing, acquiring, restructuring and operating businesses in Egypt, as well as on the negotiation and implementation of complex commercial arrangements.
