Eckart Brödermann, a founding partner of Brödermann Jahn Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in Hamburg, has dedicated more than 25 years of legal practice to international transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and international plant construction, as well as to international arbitration and litigation. He has participated in over 50 arbitration proceedings, serving in various roles such as presiding arbitrator under CIETAC and ICC rules. In addition to his law firm work, he serves as a professor at Hamburg University, where he teaches international contract law and arbitration.
