Nour Saleem is a certified Intellectual Property (IP) Witness Expert in Dubai Courts since January 2017 and the Federal Courts. With a career in intellectual property spanning over two decades, he has been a registered IP agent with the UAE Trademark Office since 2009. In his role as a Registered Court Expert, Nour Saleem has successfully managed a diverse range of intellectual property cases across Dubai and the UAE, including complex matters involving trademark infringement claims, trade dress, 3D trademarks, well-known trademarks, and cancellation actions for non-use.
