At Pitch, she focuses on aligning patents and other IP rights with market entry, scale‑up, and freedom‑to‑operate, ensuring protection that is robust yet adaptable to changing competitive landscapes. She is admitted to practice before the EPO, UPC, WIPO, the Belgian IP Office, EUIPO and BOIP.   As a court‑registered expert for seizure procedures (saisie‑contrefaçon), Stephanie assists courts and counsel with technically grounded evidence‑taking in IP disputes, bridging legal strategy and forensic fact‑finding.
