Stephanie Sarlet is an internationally recognized Belgian and European patent attorney and UPC representative with more than two decades experience in private practice. Her track record includes representing and advising clients in high profile litigation on the national level as well as on the international level, including involvement in litigation at the new Unified Patent Court. Before co‑founding Pitch in 2021, she held leading roles at major European IP firms. As a court‑registered expert for seizure procedures (saisie‑contrefaçon), Stephanie assists courts and counsel with evidence‑taking procedures in IP disputes, where she combines her keen technological insight and legal strategy with forensic fact‑finding.
