Tax Lawyer since 2005, Delphine Parigi began her career with EY Société d’Avocats in Paris-La Défense and in New York. In 2011, she launched DPZ, a boutique lawfirm in Nice, providing high-value technical services in an international context, but according to her values of proximity and accessibility.

Key experiences

    Advising on French and international tax issues on cross-border M&A in transactions as well as dealing with the tax aspects of the reorganisation of the multi-jurisdictional business entities
    Advising on international tax issues surrounding real-property investment
    Advising on hotel developments – the advice related to offshore structuring, putting the site together, construction and the tax planning for realisation of value post development
    Advising numerous clients on tax efficient investments using different types of structures depending on the financial circumstances of the high net worth individuals
    Assisting individuals on tax audits and negotiations with the administrative and tax services
    Advising on international relocations
    Advising on the establishment of operations in France – advice extended to corporation tax that would apply, as well as VAT and the applicability of the relevant Double Taxation Treaty.
    Advising on the international structuring and withholding taxes as well as jurisdiction specific exit charges regarding notably jewellery group and pharmaceutical group
    Advising on daily tax management of companies
    Advising on transactional matters within an international context, including internal reorganisations, implementation of financial structures and mergers and acquisitions (including due diligences and structuring)
    Assisting companies in pre-litigation and litigation procedures before the tax courts
