Good day. I’m Xavier. I’m a founding partner of Xavier and co- partnership, also known as XK Law, a Koala Lumpo based firm that I co-founded. my practice focuses on mixed dispute resolution and advisory work particularly in four key areas.

intellectual property, immigration, land eviction and re regulatory enforcement. in IP we deal with both contentious and advisory matters on immigration. We advise corporates and individuals on navigating Malaysia’s immigration laws which can be quite complicated. we’re also very active in land and tenency disputes particularly eviction matters where we actu often for property developers and malls and for regulatory enforcement we act for clients facing investigations or actions by the authorities including for corruption, money laundering, ESG violations and the like.

really for me the highlights of my career are actually best reflected in the nature the impact of the matters we handle. had many opportunities to act in high pressure situations whether it’s enforcing IP rights resolving urgent eviction matters where the authorities are at hand or guiding clients through regulatory scrutiny scrutiny when there is a unscheduled raid by the authorities whether the outcome has real and im immediate impact on their business or personal circumstances I suppose another key master that’s that has been in building XK law into

affirm the client’s trust with serious often time critical matters while maintaining a strong culture of professionalism and integrity. Ultimately I don’t actually see success not just in outcomes but in being a lawyer clients turn to when the stakes are high and the situation is complex.
