[Music] My name is Stella Kamitzi. I’m a Cyprus qualified lawyer and a member of the Cypress Bar Association since 1992. I run my own law firm based in Cyprus, which is called Stella LLC. And I’m also the managing director of Raza Corporate Services Limited, which is a fiduciary services company. regulated by the cypress bar association. I obtained my law degree from Lester University in UK and then continued for my master’s degree in international banking law at Boston University School of Law. I began my career in 1992 at one of the Cypress

Alters law firms and largest ones starting initially in litigation and a few years later ending up leading its international corporate department. Over the years, I have advised both international banks and multinational companies operating in and from San Cruz. In addition to my legal work, I serve on the boards of several organizations including being a vice chairperson of SE Europe and I also regularly speak at international conference and some of them are also coorganized by me.

But our firm is a boutique practice specializing in corporate business and commercial law as well as banking and finance. wealth management, trust, succession estate planning, electronic payments, and investment funds. What sets us apart is our highly client focused approach. We work very closely with clients to fully understand their goals, needs, and challenges. [Music] We primarily serve corporate clients including multinational companies and local enterprises as well as high net worth individuals. Our work often involves corporate organization, joint ventures and global financing transactions. While on the private client side, we advise extensively on succession and estate planning, including the establishment administration of trust and trying to ensure that clients with substantial personal and financial assets and interests are fully supported and covered.

[Music] Well, I can mention two recent career highlights. one of them is successfully completing a complicated cross border between two companies in a relatively short time with quite difficult documentation to review. And second, securing the dismissal of a multi-million Mariva injunction in corporate litigation before the Cyprus courts, which was a high stakes matter for our client as respondent. in addition, our team has been engaged to advise on complex matters involving the application of international sanctions where we have provided carefully tailored guidance to support full

compliance with the evolving frameworks established by the EU, UK, USA and UN especially the last three years. We have also prepared detailed legal opinions concerning the organization of wealth management structures, the reconomication and restructuring of trust as well as a broad spectrum of regulatory and corporate governance issues. throughout our work, we have remained committed to safeguard our clients interest while operating strictly within the boundaries of applicable laws and regulations, ensuring that each solution provided is both strategically robust and commercially practicable for our clients.
