In today’s Q&A we have Sabel Nawaz, our Aviation expert in Bangladesh.
Sabel Nawaz obtained his LL.B. (Hon’s) degree from the University of Reading, UK in 2009 and was called to the Bar of England and Wales from Lincoln’s Inn in October 2010. He joined the ranks at “Sadat Sarwat and Associates” as an Associate in July 2010 and has since become a partner of the firm. He qualified as an Advocate of the District and Sessions Court in Dhaka in 2013 and subsequently in 2015 qualified as an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. Sabel’s main practice areas are Banking, Aviation, Contract, Intellectual Property, Admiralty, Real Estate, Securities and Exchange, Money Laundering Prevention, Tax, International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution.
