In today’s Q&A we have Martin Eisenring, our Commercial expert in Switzerland.
Dr. Martin Eisenring has an extensive legal background with more than 20 years of experience in Business and Commercial Law. His professional career began as General Counsel at an investment foundation for sustainable assets in Geneva. Subsequently, he worked as a partner and branch manager of a large Swiss commercial law firm, for which he established the Zug location. For many years, he also served as a part-time parliamentarian in local politics. In 2018, he had the opportunity to gain experience at a well-known law firm in Silicon Valley. After returning to Switzerland, he continued to advise companies in the fields of Contract, Corporate, and Foundation Law, as well as increasingly in FinTech and blockchain.
