Eyal Soref, Advocate and Notary, is widely regarded as one of the best litigators in Israel and a leading figure in the country’s contentious legal landscape. He is the founder and owner of Soref & Co. Law Office, a firm consistently recognised in the prestigious BDI COFACE rankings as a leading boutique litigation firm and a leading global commercial legal service provider for China and East Asia. Mr Soref holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Haifa and has been in practice since 1999, giving him more than two decades of courtroom experience. His practice encompasses commercial and corporate disputes, labour law conflicts, contractual claims, and real estate litigation, serving international corporations, hi-tech companies, industrial operations, real estate companies, and investors. Mr Soref began his career at Naschitz, Brandes & Co., where he managed the Haifa Branch Litigation Department, before founding Soref & Co. in March 2010. He is also a prolific author of dozens of published articles and a sought-after lecturer on corporate disputes, directors’ personal responsibility, labour law, and land-related claims.
