Ethan Cho serves in a senior leadership role at Lian Accounting Corporation, a Seoul-based firm established in 2006 that provides accounting, tax, payroll, audit, and related advisory services to multinational and foreign-owned businesses operating in Korea. In his capacity as the International Department’s managing partner, Cho focuses on guiding foreign companies through Korea’s regulatory and business landscape, with an emphasis on foreign investment activities, cross-border accounting practices, and multinational corporate finance support. This role places him at the intersection of accounting services and international tax planning, ensuring that foreign entities can navigate Korea’s tax and regulatory regimes while optimizing payroll and corporate finance strategies in the Korean markets.
