[music] My name is Cast Bible. I’m a Danish lawyer and partner at Radar Alocilan based in Hilo, Denmark. I hold a master of laws from the university and was admitted to the Danish bar in 2012 and obtained the right to appear before the high court in 2015.

My practice focuses on real estate law, corporate law and private client matters with extensive experience in litigation, meditation and advisory services for both corporate and individ individual clients. My service offering is centered on providing strategic highquality legal advice across complex transactional and dispute matters. I advise clients on virtually all facets of real estate law, including residential and commercial property transactions, rental and com commercial lease, foreclosure and construction law. I handle procedures, tens of litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

Additionally, I offer comprehensive guidance and corporate matters such as foundation and ownership agreements, share transfers and insolvency including bankruptcy, estate administration. I work with a wide range of clients including private individuals, business and corporate entities. The types of cases I handle include complex real estate transactions and disputes, commercial and residential landlord tenant matters, litigation and mediation for both private and commercial disputes, corporate governance, ownership and shareholder agreements, insolvency, bankruptcy and financial re restructuring, traditional private client work such as wills, estates, marriage contracts, and family law. The mix of advisory and

procedure work means I routinely represent clients in negotiations, formal dispute resolution, and court proceedings as needed. Throughout my career, I have built significant procedural experience in litigation and mediation, representing both private individuals and business in complex legal disputes. I have developed specialist expertise in property law, advising on virtually every aspect of real estate, including high stakes rental and lease disputes, foreclosure proceedings, and construction related issues. In addition, I have been entrusted with the administration of insolveny and bankruptcy estates, showing confidence from clients and courts alike in handling financially and

legally complex matters. These experiences reflect my commitment to substantial legal challenges and outcomes that materially support clients legal and commercial objectives.
