Chie Kasahara is a senior partner at Atsumi & Sakai, based in Tokyo, where she has built a distinguished career in intellectual property (IP) and technology law with a strong emphasis on cross-border matters. Kasahara began her legal career at Hayabusa Kokusai Law Offices, where she practiced from 2000 to 2006, gaining substantial experience in IP, IT, and commercial matters in both Japan and abroad. This early phase laid the foundation for a global approach to IP strategy, licensing, and related regulatory considerations.
