Ardhiyasa Suratman is the Founder and Managing Partner of A&CO Law Office. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from Universitas Padjadjaran, Bandung, majoring in International Law. He has been a licensed advocate with the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) since 2008 and a licensed Intellectual Property Consultant since 2015. With years of practice in several prominent Indonesian intellectual property and corporate law firms, his main areas of practice include contractual matters, intellectual property investigations, market surveys, anti-counterfeit projects, and enforcement actions related to software licenses and trademarks in Indonesia.
