She has represented clients in major cases at the Düsseldorf Regional Court, including the Novartis fingolimod battle against eight generics companies and Biogen’s Tecfidera proceedings against generic manufacturers such as Glenmark and Hexal. Her work involves preliminary injunctions and opposition proceedings at the European Patent Office.
