My name is Moadak Tau. I’m the managing partner of Act Advisor Law Firm. a boutique law firm based in Kazablanca specialized in foreign investments, corporate and M&A deals. We are a small firm that actually specialize in helping all the foreigner establishing and all the foreign companies to establish in Morocco to get into the market and the African market.

We actually assist investment funds from UK to implement in Moroccan market or hospitality companies to implement in the tourist market in Marrakesh, Tenier and Dhla. We also assist a large amount of corporation to implement and to establish in Morocco in industrial field services and also banking and finance.
I assist a large amount of companies and governments into some complicated m legal matters. But one of the largest accomplishment that have been made from my side was to assist the Moroccan government into establishing and launching u the construction of a smart city near to Kazablanca and also assisting an investment from from UK to establish one of the largest solar panel industry in south of Morocco to to link it with UK needs in electricity.
That was two of the biggest project that I work for and I’m proud of it. For me, global law expert are one of the largest network that are actually active on this field and I’m proudly join them and probably member of this large network that permit us to connect with a huge amount of firms and specialists that permit us to close deals and cross-border deals and international transaction.
