The SEC continues to lead reforms that make doing business faster, simpler, and more accessible for every Filipino.

Expanded OneSEC Zuper Easy Registration Online from 33 to 81 industries for one-day company registration

Introduced discounted filing fees for MSMEs covering corporate registration, amendments, and securities registration

Streamlined the 45-day Registration Statement review process to encourage greater capital market participation

Enhanced Shelf Registration, extending validity from 3 years to 5 years

Strengthened PERA Rules by expanding eligible administrators and investment opportunities

Issued further guidelines on exempt transactions to simplify procedures while protecting investors

The SEC also launched the Fourth Wave of Digital Initiatives to further improve public service delivery:

HARBOR โ promotes transparency through beneficial ownership disclosure

VERITAS โ blockchain-powered secure digital signing and verification

ENDOW โ centralized digital repository for efficient document management

AWE โ automated workflows for faster and more responsive processes

Reinforcing accountability and efficiency, the SEC also implemented strict timelines and a deemed approved policy for applications, permits, licenses, registrations, and clearances in line with Republic Act No. 11032.
