Yvonne Ezekiel

Yvonne Ezekiel is currently the Managing Partner of Olisa Agbakoba Legal (OAL), a foremost and one of the Largest Full-Service Law firms in Nigeria known for its expertise in aviation law, ADR, commercial law, dispute resolution/litigation, government/public sector, debt recovery, environmental justice, intellectual property, sports, entertainment & technology law, international trade & investment law,  maritime law and space law.

Yvonne is setting the strategic goals and objectives of the firm, managing its daily operations and driving business growth. She heads the Corporate Commercial Practice, focusing on corporate governance, compliance with company laws and regulations that govern businesses and on matters arising from transactions and commercial trading. Her remit also includes Estate Planning, Employment Law, and the International Trade group focusing on Trade control matters – sanctions, export controls, trade litigations and helping our clients understand how the government enforces, regulates and addresses compliance matters.

Pre-OAL, she held Business Management and Human Resources positions in FMCG, Banking, and Energy. Her experience in business management and process re-engineering has been instrumental in the reorganisation of OAL, helping to position it as a world-class law firm supported by robust business and people processes.

She has a degree in Law and an MBA.
