Vintan is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and a registered tax consultant with over 20 years of experience in tax law, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution. Vintan served as a member of the Tax Revenue Appeals Board for two consecutive terms of three years each, totalling six years, until August 2024 — a role that deepened his insight into tax adjudication and policy interpretation at the national level.
