Stuart Hendry

Stuart has significant knowledge of Medical Device and LifeScience industries and focuses on digital health, ML and AI-based projects, with 30 years’ global work experience in the USA, Europe, Japan, China and Australasia.  He has held positions as CEO of private and public companies and has been a partner in leading Lifesciences/MedTech consultancy practices as well as Entrepreneur in Residence and Business Mentor at Cambridge University.  His corporate experience was gained working with Pfizer Inc. before entering into senior management in small and medium sized companies.  Stuart has undertaken numerous consulting projects in strategy and business development/planning, due diligence, expert reports for large public companies as well as SMEs.  Stuart has a BSc and PhD in Biotechnology, is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry (FRSC), Chartered Scientist (CSci), Chartered Chemist, (CChem), Fellow of the Royal Society of Biology (FRSB), Chartered Biologist (CBiol) and Member of the Institute of directors (MIoD).

Increasingly the company’s focus is on Machine Learning, AI and digital health applications where it has particular technical expertise.

To provide ongoing market access support to clients HecoAnalytics provides an easy-to-use health analytics platform supporting companies on a personalised health economics (HE) journey. HecoAnalytics facilitation sessions start this journey and support companies with a suite of configurable tools that synthesise evidence data, AI pathway and patient models with online health economic models. HecoAnalytics tools are aligned with the requirements of the National Institute of Care and Health Excellence (NICE) technology assessment (HTA) programmes such as, the Medical Technologies Evaluation Programme (MTEP), demonstrating the value of a company’s product to NICE and other HTA bodies and payers.
