Steve Poe has practiced banking and commercial law for more than thirty years. He represents state and federally chartered financial institutions in all aspects of their business, including secured and unsecured loans (both commercial and consumer), deposits, restructuring and workout, recovery and collection, operations, treasury/cash management services, litigation and regulatory compliance. He also advises banks and other clients on matters involving nearly all aspects of commercial law governed by the Uniform Commercial Code.
