Stéphane has proven skills in the legal security of investments in the OHADA space and more specifically concerning the applicable legal framework applicable to major projects in Burkina Faso.

Stéphane has acquired international experience since he worked for a long time in a leading international firm in Côte d’Ivoire, SCP Bilé-Aka, Brizoua-Bi and associates.

He acts as legal advisor on major infrastructure projects in Burkina Faso with public entities, large companies or donors. In particular, he assisted banking groups in the drafting and review of credit agreements and related documents.

He also has proven practice in business litigation before the courts of Burkina Faso.
