Experience

Stella Kammitsi is a qualified lawyer and member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 1992. She started her career at the law firm of Chryssafinis and Polyviou LLC, where she was initially involved in litigation and later became Head of the International Corporate Department. She has been a legal adviser to an international banking unit in Cyprus and to various international companies based in Cyprus. Stella runs her own law firm and is the owner and Managing Director of Raza Corporate Services Ltd, a corporate fiduciary service provider company regulated by the Cyprus Bar Association. She has significant experience in corporate, banking, trust, and estate succession planning law, and is well-placed to assist with tax planning. She is actively involved in various professional and corporate boards and associations in Cyprus and Europe.
