Simon Musapatika

Simon completed L.L.B. Hons. degree in 2013 and was admitted as a legal practitioner the same year. He briefly worked at the High Court of Zimbabwe in Harare before joining the firm in January 2014. He specializes in civil and criminal litigation with a notable bias to corporate, commercial and property law as well as, agricultural and land disputes and mining law. He became a Partner on 1 July 2018.

The Firm

The firm was established in 1915 and has been operating in the Midlands capital, Gweru since inception. The Harare office began practice in January 2002 and is carrying on business at 3rd Floor, Finsure House, corner Sam Nujoma Street/Kwame Nkrumah Avenue, Harare. In March 2006 the firm opened another office in Bulawayo which is operating at 5th Floor, First Mutual Life Centre, Corner Main Street and 9th Avenue, Bulawayo.  At Gweru we are at CABS Building, Stand 159 Main Street.
