Armed with a law degree from Calcutta University, an M&A Program from Wharton School, and a diploma on Negotiation Skills from MIT, he discerns and drives transactions that affect clients’ futures across industry sectors.

His practice includes advising clients on inbound investment into India including entry strategy, corporate governance, M&A and joint ventures. He has also advised clients on disposal of companies, private equity & securities transactions, and public offerings of debt and equity. Shuva is a Director on the Board of several large corporates, besides being entrusted with responsibility for trusteeship of select organizations.

He is enthusiastic about legal education and has supported it through the Fox Mandal Foundation Finishing School. He devotes himself with an ardour to helping start-ups through pro-bono initiatives and the Start-up Leadership Program.
