The study of the technical problems of aviation in the country and abroad, proposing to the Executive Committee the solutions it deems most appropriate, being able to obtain advice for this purpose from suitable and trained people.
Establish communication with labor offices, scientific research centers and similar associations that study aviation problems, to gather as much information about these aspects as possible, for the benefit of the Association and its members.
