Rachid Benzakour specializes in litigation and dispute resolution, including contractual, labour, construction, and shipping disputes. His practice also covers corporate law, contracts, real estate, aviation, maritime law, and labour law, with a focus on assisting foreign investors in Morocco.
Rachid Benzakour holds a Masters Degree in Business Law (Magistère DJCE) from the School of Law, Montpellier, France (1998). He participated in an Exchange Program at the University of Gainesville, Florida, USA (1999). He ranked first in the National Bar Exam among 7000 candidates (2000).
