Putu Raditya Nugraha is a Co-Founding Senior Partner and Chairman of UMBRA – Strategic Legal Solutions, a premier full-service law firm based in Jakarta. • Advised PT Pertamina EP Cepu in the US$1.85 billion financing for the Jambaran – Tiung Biru Gas Project — Indonesia’s first hybrid conventional and Shari’a project financing, recognised as Asia-Pacific Oil and Gas Deal of the Year, Project Finance International (2019)
• Led the IDR750 billion Musyarakah financing for Medco Power Indonesia’s renewable energy project
• Led the IDR1 trillion hybrid financing for the Makassar – Parepare Railway, one of Indonesia’s key national infrastructure projects

Banking M&A

• Advised Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) in its acquisition of a 73.8% stake in Bank Danamon — ALB M&A Deal of the Year 2018

Debt Restructuring

• Represented international lenders in the USD222 million restructuring of PT Maxpower Indonesia’s facilities — Restructuring Deal of the Year, IFLR Asia Pacific 2020
• Advised PT Berlian Laju Tanker — the world’s third-largest chemical shipper — in its US$1.2 billion debt restructuring

• Advised PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia and PT Telekomunikasi Seluler in the strategic development of LinkAja, Indonesia’s first state-owned enterprise-backed e-money and e-wallet platform
