Nichol Yeo

Nichol is a seasoned litigator before the Singapore Courts, in complex and high-profile cases. His areas of practice is focused on civil commercial litigation, investment recovery, urgent injunctive relief, trusts law, white-collar crime and crisis management. He has received numerous awards, including being recognised as one of LexisNexis®️ 40 UNDER 40 2023, Asian Legal Business Asia 40 under 40 (2024), being described as as “sharp and attentive” (Legal 500, 2018 ed).
He leads a team of experienced litigators at Nine Yards Chambers LLC, ranked by Asian Legal Business as one of Singapore’s Firms to Watch (2025).
Nichol is regularly briefed to take on urgent and critical work by other legal practitioners as instructed counsel or chosen as co-counsel. He is equally comfortable in a role as instructing counsel, and frequently works with foreign counsel in cross-border disputes.
