McW. Todman & Co is a law firm founded by the late Dr. McWelling Todman CBE, QC in 1969. The firm is situated on the upper floors of the Todman building at 116 Main Street, the centre of Road Town, Tortola, the capital of the British Virgin Islands. The late Dr. Todman was the first native British Virgin Islands to operate a law firm in these islands. Despite his untimely passing, the firm has retained its roots in the community of the Virgin Islands while continuing to grow and strive in the fast paced international legal environment that characterizes the Virgin Islands.

While the firm is ranked as one of the top litigation practices in the Virgin Islands, it also offers discreet service to clients in corporate formation and management through its wholly owned subsidiary McNamara Corporate Services Limited.
