Mr. Mohammed Al-Othman has over 14 years of legal and administrative experience as the founding partner of Al Othman Lawyers and Consultants since 2016. Commercial Litigation :

• • Representation in Contractual Dispute: Represented a Saudi company in a commercial dispute with an international engineering consultancy firm regarding the construction of a commercial complex in Jeddah, valued at SAR 85 million.
  • Representation in Financial Claims Case: Represented a local businessman in a commercial lawsuit to recover financial dues exceeding SAR 47 million, resulting from a real estate sale in Riyadh.
  • Representation in Contractual Liability Dispute: Defended an international industrial company in a commercial dispute concerning the breach of a contract for supplying advanced industrial equipment, with claims exceeding SAR 120 million, before the Commercial Court in Dammam.
  • Representation in Partnership Dispute: Represented a Gulf-based investment group in a partnership dispute with international investors over a real estate development project in Khobar, valued at SAR 95 million.
  • Representation in Supply Chain Dispute: Acted on behalf of a logistics company in a dispute over delayed shipments and breach of delivery terms, with a total claim of SAR 65 million, in a case heard by the Commercial Court in Riyadh.
  • Representation in Trade Agreement Dispute: Represented a multinational corporation in a dispute regarding the termination of a trade agreement involving the import of electronics, with claims exceeding SAR 150 million.
  • Representation in Franchise Dispute: Represented a regional franchisor in a dispute with an international franchisee concerning breach of contract and unpaid royalties, with a case value of SAR 90 million.
  • Representation in Construction Dispute: Defended a leading construction firm in a lawsuit involving claims of faulty workmanship and delays in the completion of a high-rise project in Jeddah, with a claim value of SAR 110 million.

Financial and Privet Equity:

• Participating in appealing a judgment in a financial claims between the Chinese company Strukton and a local consulting company.
• Representing in the JAZADCO financial case.
• Representing in a financial claim exceeding 36 million SAR for a businessman in Riyadh.

Commercial Arbitration:

• Participating in a commercial arbitration case between Zain Communications and a Chinese company.
• Serve as an arbitrator in a financial claim resulting from funding.
• Serve as an arbitration board member in a large contracting dispute.
• Advise in commercial arbitration between local partners and investors in a dispute valued at over 105 million SAR.

Other Projects:

• Participating in a privatization project for the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture.
• Drafting a regulation for the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Insurance.
• Providing legal advice for the environmental rehabilitation project of Wadi Hanifa, with a value exceeding 400 million SAR.
• Advise foreign holding companies to establishes their entity in Saudi Arabia.
