My name is Massimo Gianesin, and I practise law in Bassano del Grappa, where I have my office.
Registered with the Vicenza Bar Association since 2007, I mainly deal with commercial law and civil law.
By commercial law, I mean issues relating to the activity of companies established either as corporations or as sole proprietorships.
To give some examples, I follow the recovery of commercial credits, disputes concerning the execution of contracts, I assist clients in drafting contractual clauses, and more.
Collaborating with other lawyer and accountant colleagues, I provide assistance and consultancy to companies in the formation and launch of startups, including innovative ones, for crowdfunding operations and for the management of M&A operations (merger or acquisition operations of companies or branches of companies).
Precisely in relation to corporate fundraising activities (financing of companies aimed at corporate development and reorganization), following the training course offered by the Academy of the Fenice Foundation of Padua, I obtained the EIC-ISG Crowdfunding Professional Platform Manager and EIC-ISG Crowdfunding Professional Campain Manager certification of the European Crowdfunding Network.
In collaboration with other professionals, I also follow the management of business crises as well as over-indebtedness crises of non-bankrupt entities, having obtained, for the latter subject, after the training course held by the University of Verona, the qualification for registration in the bodies for the resolution of over-indebtedness crises.
By civil law, then, I mean issues concerning people (administration of support, guardianship, etc.), the family (separations, divorces, cohabitations), real rights (property, usucaption, easements, etc.).
I provide legal assistance both in judicial and extrajudicial matters, including mediation. In this regard, in order to guarantee a better service, after the specific training course, held by the Equilibrio association, I obtained the qualification to register with civil and commercial mediation bodies.
I have three great passions: the study of human rights, politics and, more recently, the study of web law.
My interest in human rights arose during my university years, when I began studying constitutional law. I then continued my specific study of human rights by attending the Summer School organized in Venice by the Unione Forense per la Tutela dei Diritti Umani concerning the procedures of the European Court of Human Rights.
Politics is a passion that I have cultivated since high school, which has led me not only to study thinkers and philosophers who have written about politics (among my favorite authors are Karl Popper and Norberto Bobbio), but also to engage in practice, with experience limited to the role of city councilor for two terms in my city.
The study of web law, connected to privacy law, perhaps derives from an interest in science fiction or, more likely, from the fact that everyday life is increasingly dependent on electronic devices and, by now, we cannot ignore the conduct that each of us has on the web.
