Marina Nikolić is an attorney at law working on all aspects of corporate, M&A and commercial law. She has more than 10 years of valuable experience advising clients across industries, including mining, real estate, pharmaceuticals and food industry, in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
Marina is especially skilled in M&A transactions including performance of legal due diligences, preparation of transactional documents, negotiations and drafting of agreements on international trade, legal compliance, protection of consumers and advertising. She also advises clients on banking and finance issues, particularly project finance, foreign exchange transactions and cross border credit transactions. Marina previously worked with a reputable international law firms in Belgrade.
