Lilia Klochenko has over 30 years of experience as a legal practitioner, specializing in international arbitration, mediation, and dispute resolution. She has represented clients in state arbitrazh courts of all instances, including the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, in corporate, tax, antitrust, and cross-border disputes. Lilia has acted as a party representative, arbitrator, and expert in proceedings conducted under the rules of major arbitral institutions such as DIS, ICC, LCIA, VIAC, SCC, ICAC, MAC, SIAC, HKIAC, and UNCITRAL, as well as in ad-hoc proceedings. She has mediated more than 40 successful settlements in labor law, family law, and complex corporate disputes. Lilia has advised Russian and international companies on market entry, investment structuring, corporate governance, contract law, private international law, insurance, reinsurance, antitrust, compliance, and finance.
