Lawrence Knoll

Lawrence Knoll counsels clients on international business law matters including: sales transactions, distribution agreements, agency agreements, forming strategic relationships (such as licensing and joint ventures), e-commerce, as well as U.S. customs and international trade regulations pertaining to the import and export of merchandise. Mr. Knoll is a member of the Customs and International Trade Bar Association.

Mr. Knoll is also a consultant with regard to market entry strategies, developing and implementing  regulatory compliance programs, international business negotiation and legal project management.

Mr. Knoll and his firm, Wolf, Arnold & Knoll, P.C., work in conjunction with attorneys focusing on other areas of law that include international tax, corporate law, finance, mergers and acquisitions, business immigration, mediation, arbitration and litigation.

Mr. Knoll seeks to provide excellent value for his clients by learning from each client the benefits they seek to achieve and then explaining the likely costs and benefits of each alternative path toward achieving the respective client’s goals. Care is taken to pursue the selected path intelligently and efficiently. Mr. Knoll lectures on economic globalization, governance and applied ethics, international business negotiation methods, developments within international corporate and commercial law, U.S. customs and international trade law, as well as on legal project management.

Mr. Knoll earned his law degree at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, during which time he served as an associate editor for the Comparative Labor Law Journal and studied international business at The Wharton School. Mr. Knoll earned a Certificate in Project Management from New York University.
