Kay K.W. Chan holds a balanced practice in criminal law, civil law, and public law. In criminal law, he has handled cases from every day crime to white collar frauds and corruptions, from industrial and construction site accidents to the 2019 riots and national security cases. In civil law, his experience covers personal injuries, divorces, international sales of goods, employment contracts, corporate disputes, and probate issues. He is equipped to handle complex multidisciplinary matters involving cross-border commercial, corporate, and family relationships.
